Hi there!
My name is Jayme Ezell and I have been practicing Acupuncture and Eastern Medicine since 2013. My journey to this amazing field of medicine began with a martial arts injury. What might have taken months to recover from was resolved in just a few weeks with acupuncture treatment. Naturally, my interest was piqued, and the more I read about Eastern Medicine, the more I felt compelled to pursue it. I began my Eastern Medicine training in Chicago, Illinois at the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine. Midway through the program, my husband and I decided to move to Austin, where I completed my Acupuncture training at AOMA School of Integrative Medicine. We currently live in Round Rock and have two charming and goofy children, two dogs, and a cat. I spend my free time gardening and enjoy doing outdoor activities with my family. My philosophy of well-being is based firmly in the concept that the human body is a delicately balanced system designed to be healthy. While the body can maintain very well on its own, there are times in everyone's lives when the system becomes overwhelmed. When this happens, symptoms arise. My approach to treatment is to reestablish lines of communication, restore balance, and resolve symptoms by peeling back the layers of disorder. I also believe that the ancient healing arts and modern technology can be combined to form a very powerful synergy. I use the Acugraph to chart imbalances and am able to share those reports with patients so they can visualize their own progress. To learn more about the Acugraph, click here. |
